Sun dried tomato and basil pesto
1 - 3oz package sun dried tomatoes
1 bunch fresh basil
3 cloves garlic
1/4C finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/4-1/3C olive oil
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Use on pasta, slather on bread, or use it for my wild rice sausage egg bake.

Helpful Hints
